Positive: I would genuinely like to highlight some of the staff members who made our stay much more pleasant. The cleaning staff, especially Umush Unai, were very attentive and professional. Batu, who was in charge of darts, and Zumba coach Nazli were incredibly welcoming, energetic, and created a fun atmosphere. The Italian restaurant chefs, Huseyyin and Ismail, provided a lovely dining experience with great hospitality. The massage by Sevgi and Madi were also very relaxing and professionally done. Additionally, Yasin and Fatima from customer relations were kind, respectful, and always willing to help. These individuals truly represent high-quality customer service.

Negative: The main issue was that the maintenance work and reduced facilities were not clearly mentioned on Booking, which felt a bit misleading. During our stay, there was visible construction in central areas, and the beach access was limited and not well maintained. The food in the main restaurant felt repetitive and not always fresh, and the entertainment options were quite limited, which made the overall experience less lively than expected. I hope they fix it for next time.

Positive: We had a relaxing and beautiful one-week stay at Kremlin Palace Hotel from 14 till 21 April. The weather was sunny and lovely throughout our holiday, with only one rainy day. Everything was excellent beginning with the exceptional service from the courteous, friendly, and professional staff. A special thank you to Ismail at the À la carte restaurants, Ulviye at the main restaurant, and Turgut at the beach bar, who made our stay even more memorable with their kindness and attention. The food at the buffet restaurant was varied and tasty, with plenty of choice every day. The coffee and alcoholic drinks were excellent and of high quality. There is so much entertainment for both adults and children, from the pianist in the lobby and evening activities like quiz night and Turkish music night, to the PlayStation room, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and water games for kids. There was always something enjoyable to do. We can’t recommend Kremlin Palace highly enough. It offers the perfect mix of relaxation, quality, and fun for families. We will surely be back!

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Kremlin Palace. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile especially Fatima who really looked after us and made everything so easy. The service was impeccable both in the main restaurant and at the bars and the lobby — truly top-level hospitality. The food was delicious, with great variety and high quality every day. You can really feel the attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, spotless every time, and the minibar was restocked every day with drinks, which was a very nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Positive: As soon as we reached, Fatima (guest relations team) warmly welcomed us and helped us with the required information and also helped us to fix some minor issues like wifi accessibility. Also it wouldnt’ve been possible to surprise my wife with a cute cake on her birthday without Fatima’s help. I really appreciate her and the staffs for helping us promptly. Also the property was really stunning and we had a relaxing and enjoyabale staycation. I should specifically appreciate the cleanliness and quality of food served. The main restaurant staffs also treated us with pleasant smile and offered all the help needed.

Negative: Only improvement point i want to point out is about the beach, as some work was going on and we couldnt enjoy the beach. But overall it was an awsome experience for us.

Positive: Selection of deserts, support of manager Fatima who did her best to meet our enquiries.

Negative: worn up buildings and furniture, poor variety of food, fish was absolutely badly done. Waiters in main restaurant were mostly useless. All of them insisted on table service but almost always required several follow-ups. Sometimes I had to clean the table myself. Only waiter Ekram showed top professionalism and courtesy.

Summary: Too expensive for its value and experienses.
