Positive: Hotel is actually pretty nice.

Negative: Staff were terrible. Rude, unhelpful and alienating. Refused to let us book a room for our driver so I had to do it in front of them on booking.com. Horrible people. (Only the restaurant staff were nice)

Positive: Property was in good location and staff was very kind as well. Welcome was fantastic upon arrival -However there were few hi-gene issues as we experienced like the cattle was not cleaned property and the quilt covers were torn which we asked the staff to change and they did replace everything quickly so overall it was nice but it seems they still learning as to how a luxury resort should work , the building is nice and beautiful . its a management and kitchen staff needs to be more professional. They keep water with themselves and only giving to whenever asked and additional when we order upon our arrival ,it look longer than expected and had to phone couple of time for the refreshments.
