Summary: Nice house but the photos are a bit deceiving the yard and house are a lot smaller then what you see online.

Summary: Our stay inside the house was good but I must point out that there weren’t any bins in the bathrooms which is necessary, there were bugs and insects inside the home, there was no air conditioner which made it very hot to stay inside the home, the backyard had no outside light which didn’t make us comfortable having our dog in the backyard. I must say that the house was very clean and tidy when we first walked in and was a comfortable home for 7 guests.

Summary: While Kristensen was spacious, we were disappointed that the kitchen didn't provide: a dish cloth; a dish brush; a scourer; washing up detergent; bin liners. The pots and pans were grubby, probably due to the lack of scourer, and the dishrack was rusty. The yard was fully fenced and shady for dogs, but there was no shelter, so would be unsuitable for animals over wetter months; there was a kennel provided, but it was being used for storage, such as a tarp and other miscellaneous items.

Summary: The kristensen was a great house for our long weekend in Apollo bay. It provided easy enough walking access for our nights in the town and was a warm and cosy retreat for cold nights inside. The yard was spacious and secure for our labrador and a kennel has been provided, although not utilised. An ideal choice for families.

Summary: Nice family home comfortable and sunny with two bathrooms and separate toilet. Close to swimming pool and 10 Min walk into town. Small back yard great for dogs but lacks cover from rain. Needed garden hose and air con on hot days. Plenty of room to park and nice little deck for bbq.
