Positive: The apartment is very close to the beach. It has anything you need, even good cosmetics. They provided breakfast for the first day( as a gift). Very nice receptionist and helpful! Great stay in Barcelona if you want to combine the beach with visiting or only to relax in the beautiful Barcelonetta.

Positive: The property is located perfectly on the beach and most attraction are within walking distance. The facilities were functioning well and most of them are new. The host, Mr. Moisés, was one of the best that I dealt with. He was very helpful and always made sure that got everything we need.
Negative: The soundproofing probably not the best, you can still hear the people on the street at night.

Positive: The view of the sea is breathtaking, and watching the sunrise from the balcony was an unforgettable experience. The transportation is also very convenient. The apartment is cosy. The kitchen is pleasant.
Negative: The second bedroom is a little too zigzag. The layout of the closet can be improved.

Positive: Although the apartment was compact, it had everything needed and the entire apartment appeared to have been renovated recently. The La Rambla and Picasso Museum were 20-25 min walks while the Bascilica de la Sagrada was a 50 minute walk.
Negative: The apartment is located next to a school filled with very young, VERY LOUD students who appear to have more than one recess a day. The back bedroom gets the most noise and I mean, lots of noise from this school. Im dont know if this establishment is open during the summer/high season or not as we were there in January. Being on vacation we looked forward to a nap every once in a while but that was impossible. We literally left the apartment to get away from the noise at some times. I would NOT rent the apartment again, due to this fact alone.
