Positive: Well-appointed hotel Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and had a very good selection. of food. Michael, one of the managers, arranged a guide to show me around the city. Hotel extended my checkout time for a late flight out. That was much appreciated. Shuttle to the airport is on demand, not having to be scheduled. Overall a good experience.

Negative: More English speaking staff would be helpful. Charging outlets lacking. I unplugged the TV to use that outlet. Missed picking me up at the airport twice despite advance emails.

Summary: Excellent hotel. Everything you need and a good location.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable for the night. I felt much at home.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that my breakfast was not part of the deal when completed my booking online. I was embarrassed that I had to make extra payment on the counter as I checked out.
