Positive: Fantastic value for money and a beautiful property. A little bit out of the way however, the privacy and scenery are unbeatable! So glad we chose to stay here.
Negative: Resort is slightly hidden along a very narrow and dark road, so it was hard to find in the dark.

Positive: Excellent place , really spacious villa , big space for the swimming pool and garden, a lot of comfortable resting zones . Special examples, everything is really stylish and really good quality of furniture there . Staff helping with every single detail, starting from ordering breakfast and massage to villa , finishing with turning on mosquito spirals every single evening , really polite . I’ll definitely stay one more time and longer in this villa if one day I’ll be in Ubud again.
Negative: Not important minus for me , villa is not recommended for impressive girls who is afraid of mouses and frogs , they are everyday guests on this villa. There as well you can’t call grab to pick you up , you need to go down the street for around 7/10 minutes cause locals taxi just crossing the road there and don’t let grab cars go the villa , and the price if you want to go with local drivers will be 2 times higher. But if you’ll need any help with this , stuff from villa will be glad to help you .
Summary: Really good stay , I’ll be glad to turn back there again

Positive: The privacy was amazing. The environment perfect. And the house is a dream.
Negative: The neighbourhood forbid any external driver company like grab to pick you up for going anywhere. That forces you to take a driver from that neighbourhood much more expensive than normal. I am talking about x4 or x5 the price. Kind of a mafia forbidding other companies to enter there. That limits a bit your flexibility in terms of mobility because the house is far from the Ubud center.
Summary: Magic but regular location and flexibility.

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Ubud! The place was spotless—very clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. The pool and the view were simply stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. What truly made our stay special were the amazing staff, especially Manik and Mira. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They even surprised my husband with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the day extra memorable! Another highlight was the in-villa massage service—so relaxing and convenient. Breakfast was also delicious and beautifully prepared each morning. Every evening, Manik and Mira came by to light mosquito-repellent candles around the villa, which was such a considerate touch. We felt so well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Ubud and will definitely book again on our next trip!

Positive: Had a fantastic stay here. Brand new villa with traditional Balinese decor set in a rice field. Staff was very friendly and always available to assist. Really enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the private pool and the rice field view. Air conditioning was excellent. Great outdoor bathroom. Nice and quiet (except for the sounds of nature) and away from the congestion and chaos of central Ubud. Small cafe within 5 minute walk.
Negative: The only coffee option at breakfast is Balinese style coffee, which is very strong. Would love if the villa offered espresso based coffee options!
