Positive: We loved our room overlooking the docklands and Yarra River. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the event we were attending on Saturday night. The check-in process was easy. We were happy to collect the key from the lock box, but there were no problems. Kula sent easy to follow instructions on the day of check-in. We will book it again next time we stay in the city.

Positive: It is located right opposite the tram stop. Woolworths was just up the road. The facilities were perfect for what we needed. Great little coffee shop close by, Billy Barista
Negative: It was very confusing trying to find how to get in. We had to ask another hotel. A little more signage might help as the locals didn't know where Australia Wharf is

Positive: Excellent location, view of the river and secure setting. The free city tram (48 & 11) right outside the main lobby entrance was brilliant for trips in and out of the city centre.
Negative: We didn’t cook any meals in the apartment but ate out throughout our stay. However, there was a gas hob in the kitchen but we noticed that there was no cooking pots in any of the cupboards.
Summary: Brilliant location in secure setting with fantastic vista.
