Positive: The hotel is in a great location. Everything is easily accessible, yet the neighborhood is quiet. The entire hotel is clean and tidy, and everything is designed and furnished with great taste. Having a pool is a huge plus; we enjoyed it much more than the beach. The pool is also extremely clean, they pay close attention to that. We loved the breakfast too, there was a wide selection every morning, and there was always something new included. I tasted almost everything, and I enjoyed them all. We also tried the lunch/dinner menus and everything was delicious (and at a great price). Last but not least, the staff... everyone is very friendly and helpful, anticipating the guests' every wish. They helped with anything we asked for. They are always smiling; their good mood is contagious. They made our stay even better, this hotel and these people were our favourite part in Albania. :) If you go to Albania, I wouldn’t choose any other hotel!

Positive: The staff were fantastic from the minute we arrived. The room was large and clean, the bed was so comfortable. The internet was fast, really fast. It was easy to walk to the beach for a morning swim or dinner. Breakfast was simple and includes coffee, set us up for the day. The pool was clean. Antonella would help organise everything, taxi, even helped me find a dentist. Beautiful people.

Negative: There is a main road close by so you can hear that from the pool, couldn't hear it in the room with the aircon on.
