Positive: Nice location by the lake and very nice host. For one night it was completely fine, but not sure i would stay for more than 2 nights.
Negative: It was super cold though so I guess not insulated at all. The bathroom gets entirely wet so careful to your belongings. When you get in you feel like going back in time with the beds and decorations (not necessarily in a good way).
