Positive: Immaculately clean, super comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was just spot-on — I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Positive: I loved the hospitality of the staff and the comfort of the room. Within the budget price range, I believe the hotel has arguably the best room to stay in around the Kathmandu metro. There is immaculate cleanliness all around the hotel which made my stay comfortable and night restful. The hotel staff were really helpful regarding my travel requirements too.

Negative: Some things like communication could be little better. Although everybody could speak and understand english, all of the hotel staffs were locals which made direct communication little bit challenging.

Positive: I often find myself traveling between the UK and Nepal for business reasons, thus I seek a reliable accommodation for all my stays. Regrettably, my usual hotel has ceased operations. Consequently, I had to hastily arrange a last-minute booking at this establishment. Given the modest price range, I didn't anticipate much, but to my pleasant surprise, they have surpassed my expectations. The room I stayed in and the entirety of the hotel exude an exceptional level of luxury. The ambiance and services provided far exceed what is typically offered within this price bracket.

Negative: There were some issues here and there like the few instances where the wifi was lagging but, any issues I did come across were as minor as a tea stain on a tablecloth.

Positive: I absolutely loved my stay at Kusum Hotel! The staff provided exceptional service, the facilities were top-notch, and the environment was clean and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I felt I got proper value for my money. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Pashupatinath Temple was very convenient. Highly recommend!
