Positive: The rooms were thoroughly cleaned and included a kitchen. Although the kitchen and bathroom were located separately outside the room, they were impeccably maintained. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. Furthermore, the helpful female attendant and the owner were both exceptionally kind and responsive.
Negative: The only minor drawback is that the property is situated on the 3rd floor, but this did not pose any problem for us.

Negative: It's not clear from the booking.com description that the bathroom is not attached and outside on the rooftop.

Positive: 1.. The location of the homestay is fine. It's near the main city. 2. The behaviour of the staff is very polite. I like the fact that they provide a water filter for clean drinking water. 3. The room was clean and the entire area was very spacious. The rooms are on the third floor, so you might have to carry the luggage. 4. The entire third floor has two rooms for home stay and it has a garden area as well which provides an amazing view of the city. 5. We paid extra money for early check in and luckily the room was available for early check in., The owner needs to confirm if they can actually provide early check in for the extra cost mentioned on booking.com. services should be accurately mentioned in booking.com for better transparency.
Negative: 1. The parking spot is overcrowded with cars and bike and it's tough to find a proper spot to park 2. The shower was leaky and the water pressure was too low to take a proper shower. Same for the toilet water jet spray which is very inconvenient. It should be checked before providing the room to the customers. 3. Breakfast can be and should be improved to add some varieties to it. 4. The wifi was very troublesome. They need to mention to use the wifi EXT connection for Kusum home stay rather than the original one which keeps on disconnecting.

Positive: The elderly host is a gem of a person. Very kind and extremely helpful. The place was very clean and well organized. Most importantly, it's value for money.
