Positive: This is a new hotel as such all facilities were in excellent condition. The apartment had a full kitchen with all the utensils that are required . it had two rooms , one with a double bed a the other with a sofa bed which can fit two . The room also had a large balcony with a beautiful view to the valley . The hotel gives the stubai super card which gave us free access to all the main attractions. The last thing and maybe the most important is the hotel owner and his sister, who were very nice and helped in any issue or question that rose. I highly recommend the hotel.

Positive: The room was amazing. It was brand new, fully automated (if you're into this sort of things), and bigger than your average city apartment. It sported a huge living room, with a complete kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large balcony. The view was fantastic and could be admired from the living room's floor-to-ceiling glass windows. There was convenient space for a car to park. Overall it was a great place to stay for a group of people planning on spending many nights near Innsbruck.
Negative: We were a family of 4 doing a 2-weeks long road trip to the Alps, staying on a different hotel every night, and this was our 7th day. While booking, I didn't realise that it was a "Self-checkin" hotel (a kind I tend to avoid). I had received an obscure email mentioning codes for inner doors, but when we arrived at 21:00 by car, I expected to find an actual reception desk. After wondering through several dark corridors across 2 different buildings, carrying my luggage and two children, I called the phone found in the reservation email. There, a polite gentleman explained that I had to navigate a specific corridor to find the "checkin machine" and perform the checkin myself. I did find the machine; It didn't work. After a few phone calls we finally got to receive the code to access our apartment, approximately an hour after we had arrived. The apartment itself was fully equipped. However, it had nothing but appliances. Not some water in our outside the huge fridge. Not some milk and sugar for the coffee machine (but there were 6 coffee capsules tbh). Not even an extra toilet paper roll (which we needed during the night). The next unpleasant surprise was the swimming pool. The apartment description starts with (quoting): "This apartment features a pool with a view. ". We had payed extra to book the top-floor apartment, hoping that it would be next to the pool, so we could use it first thing in the morning. However, the description fails to mention that the pool sits in the rooftop of another building. So to enjoy the "pool with a view" you need to go down 3 floors, out of the building, into another building, up 3 floors and then find it. Finally, the wifi did not work at all (poor signal), and the cell reception inside the apartment is also poor, so keep that in mind if you're planning on doing any kind of work there.

Positive: Stubai card allowed us to take gondola up mountain twice for no charge. Room was brand new. Beautiful fittings and fixtures.
