Positive: this place is definitely value for money. Can easily host upto 6 guests. The apartment is very modern and has all the necessary gadgets. Walking distance to the metro is about 10 minutes so within 30 minutes, you can reach the main tourist attractions. We liked this place because it's so close to the city and you don't have to drive in. Secured parking is provided as well. Highly recommended for your stay in Paris!

Positive: beds were really comfortable bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was beautiful.
Negative: The location was great if you don’t care about being near the tourist sites there was a metro nearby. But I can’t handle the steps so I had to take a cab. That was $40 into the send and $40 back. No restaurants nearby..

Negative: Moldy grout in bathroom and leaky faucet. And location was not near any shops or sites. Taxis were expensive to get to sites from there.
Summary: Only stayed one night instead of 8 nights. Just wasn’t the best location and the bathroom not clean

Positive: The host provided explicit instructions for entry that worked flawlessly, although one step requires dialing a French phone number to unlock one of the doors (but it works). We arrived several hours earlier than the check-in time, yet the host allowed us into the property early so that we could drop off our luggage and enjoy the rest of our afternoon "hands-free". We left immediately afterward so that the cleaning staff could get the apartment ready for us (i.e., clean up from previous renter). We really appreciated the host's flexibility in that regard. The luxury coffee machine was a bonus, too! There is a shopping mall one block away, and a Metro Line 12 station several blocks from the property. Had we needed to park a car, the property provides access to a garage in the building. Preparations for exit on the day of departure were simple.
Negative: Without instructions for using the drying function on the clothes washer (which is a model unfamiliar to north Americans), we spent more time than necessary doing laundry. There are very few restaurants/bars near the property.

Positive: The flat was modern, clean and very secure It is right beside a metro station which made us easy to explore, the balcony was great to chill on after a day in the city. Host made it easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and was very helpful.
