Positive: Good, central location and quiet.
Negative: Very inconvenient for check in as it was only available after 5pm which wasn’t clear at the time of booking. Also, struggled to drop off luggage earlier as no-one was answering the door when we arrived around 11am. Room was warm and no fan available.
Summary: Interesting place but inconvenient and not good value for money.

Positive: Xavier is an incredible host, great ambience, super breakfast and very comfortable and spacious room. We had a great stay and would strongly recommend l’Accroche Coeur for a relaxed time in beautiful Saint Malo.

Negative: Nothing, although the spiral staircase would be a problem for anyone unstable on their feet.

Positive: Xavier is an excellent host and his homelike hotel is a must visit hotel if you are in Saint-Malo. Xavier will share tales and stories of the area and his recommendations on food are world class. The house and rooms are unique and the breakfast was delicious. Xavier knows the best places to go to during a visit in the area.

Positive: Xavier is the most welcoming host. Explaining the history of the building and the different products at breakfast. The location is excellent in the middle of Saint Malo inside the walls, you are close to everything. Parking outside the walls is most convenient, but there is also parking close by. The room is very comfortable and modern. Breakfast is one of the best we had with freshly baked bread, fresh fruit and the most delicious jam and a different pastry to try every day. We loved our stay and I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Negative: Nothing, we had a perfect stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
Summary: Excellent, highly recommend.
