Positive: Location - within walking distance of old city and good cafes/shops nearby. very nice appartment, as described.
Negative: One thing went wrong; we could not get internet connection after our flight and we had not received the entrance code or the code to key box, but had been assured that someone would be there to meet us. This caused chaos; we waited outside for 20 minutes wondering what on earth we could do. We got internet connection, but no useful messages yet, and the phone number we had went to an answering service in Arabic. I was pressing the button marked concierge with no response and unfortunately, in the dark, pressed the wrong button which woke another guest who came down to complain with another chap who indicated he was the concierge but only spoke Arabic. Unfortunately he also did not know the key box code but eventually got through to a lady who did, and so we were led up to the appartment, where we were eventually joined by another chap who did speak French and explained to us that there was no WiFi, but connected us through his hotspot. Nice chap, but really guys, to avoid this ever happening again, make sure your guests have the building access codes and the key box code the day before they travel. Incidently, all the messages that had been sent from L'appart did come through the next day. Otherwise, all good.
Summary: Lovely appartment. Very clean and good facilities apart from WiFi.

Positive: The location, the comfort of the apartment, the brightness of it, the size, the beds, the facilities and the responsiveness of the host. The place is as it looks in the photos and offers a very comfortable stay. A Nespresso machine also provided which is always a bonus! Julien was very responsive and easy to talk to, a great host. Checking in and checking out was easy. The location is fantastic, 20' walk to the Medina and 10' to the local mall. The place has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with one sizeable lounge.
Negative: The noise every morning from the street outside. We also couldn't arrange a late checkout which caused a bit of an issue for us as we had a night flight back home. It would be great if there was some sort of arrangement to allow for this. There's a storage facility nearby which the host kindly suggested, which was good but not ideal if you have quite a bit of weight to carry to and from the apartment.

Positive: Modern, spacious enough for two couples. Two bathrooms. Good air con, heating system. Quiet building. Elevator. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Some supermarkets, mini markets a couple minutes walk, one of which sells wine, beer and spirits! Carrefour 8 minutes walk. Clean. 25-30 minute walk to Medina or 4 minute taxi.
Negative: The key card entry to apt. was tricky, often taking 3-20 tries to open. Sensor or card needs new battery or reset. Some lights were flickering in several rooms at times.

Positive: The location was good, with only a 15 - 20 min walk to the medina. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Julien was very helpful.
Negative: There was some traffic noise in the apartment but this is to be expected in a city location.
