Positive: The apartment is right in the centre of the city, and while in a commercial area with shops, restaurants and close to the museums it is very quiet since the road is pedestrian-only. It is an ancient building with character and vintage furnishing and paintings everywhere. The living area is quite large for six people and the kitchen fully equipped. The two bedrooms are also large (the master bedroom with its adjacent dressing closet is huge), the beds are comfortable and new, and the bathroom well appointed and comfortable. A bonus for the heating, very effective during this cold winter nights. The support and assistance of the owner is discreet but effective and all the information needed to move around is provided and he was available to help with all our needs.

Negative: Yous should be aware that the apartment is on three levels (entrance on the ground floor, a flight of stairs to the main living room, up one floor to the main bedroom and one further flight of stairs to the second bedroom), so if you have mobility issues this may be inconvenient. Clearly, elevators where not available in the XVII century and this is a feature of the place... It is, however, good exercise!

Positive: Great house. Everything you could need. Very clean and well equipped. Host greeted us and showed through the property and took us around old town so we got our bearings. Despite being right in old town very quiet location. Bed comfortable
