Positive: we loved the design and style of the apartment. It was lovely and just as the photos show. The layout was great also for two families staying. The location was near a metro so made getting around easy plus walking distance to lots of great places (if you like walking!). The courtyard was nice, so we could leave the front door open for air when we were in the apartment. The mini market over the road was brilliant and well stocked for all essentials.
Negative: no air con in summer wasn't comfortable at night for sleeping. Although fans were provided, they were noisy. the downstairs bedrooms got hot and the second double room as there are also no windows to open. There was also building work happening to the apartment/building next door so this was noisy from 8.30 on week days. The deposit is large £1,500 and the deposit company requires photos when you arrive and when you leave. There is no person to do the inventory. we took out insurance in case of any breakages which just adds to the costs but I guess worth it.
Summary: a stylish apartment, great location, perfect for friends and family stays.

Positive: The property was centrally located close to the main attractions like the Eiffel Tower, metro stations. It was beautifully decorated with 4 bedrooms. The kitchen had all the crockery and utensils we needed to cook. The host was engaging and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Everything was great. We had super information’s from Florence before and during our stay in Paris. The apartment is great with everything you need. Very well equipped. Only missing a small loudspeaker maybe. But it is possible to Chromecast via the TV.
