Positive: Never had a breakfast . We wanted to have lunch when we arrived but they were closed so we spent the day day out touring the town and came back to the restaurant for a bite at night. The first question was , did we have a reservation, no. There was only a couple of tables at the time with customers. We were seated and had decided we would have several appetizers and drinks , which the waiter was not pleased with. We were brought our food and drinks and a waiter never came back to our table once after that . It was an obvious snub by them to move us along . The menu is highly overpriced but if the service had been good that wouldn't have been an issue. The treatment speaks for itself.

Positive: The staff were welcoming and helpful with every request. Estel at front desk was a real pleasure. Room was spotless and the breakfast wonderful. Close to everything. We all (mom and two teens) enjoyed our stay in this comfortable hotel.
