Enjoy the comfort of a large house completely renovated in 2019 to visit Bordeaux: very bright, large living room, quality services, a courtyard where you can take meals (plancha) without any vis-à-vis. You will be located 10 minutes from the city center by tram (tram B Achard stop 20 meters from the house).
You will find must-sees: the city of wine a few steps away and Les Halles de Bacalan (brunch, evenings). The ideal place to combine comfort and space!

Summary: Very nice and clean house, well decorated and perfect location next to a tram station and with a supermarket nearby. Very nice owners who answered very quickly to our questions. Perfect vacation!

Summary: We had a great time at the Bordeaux rental. We enjoyed the proximity to the rail line (right outside the door). The courtyard was a highlight, we enjoyed a number of meals and WINE during our stay. A great trip!

Summary: Pierre and Clemence’s property lived up to all expectations. It is super clean, beautifully decorated, even bigger than we imagined and has everything you could want - including a coffee machine, washer and dryer, and of course the terrace. The tram stop is literally outside the door, but the street, including the tram, is super quiet. The Bacalan neighborhood has great restaurants, Vivres des Artes and the Bassin-Lumunieres. The walk to Chartrons is just around 30 minutes, and we loved the shops and restaurants there. And it’s a 20 minute tram to the city center. We often walked home from dinner along the Garonne. We also walked across the bridge to Darwin, which was worth a visit. There is a free parking lot across the street if you have a car. This way we could explore the parks that were further away, as well as Pessac and St. Emilion. Pierre and Clémence were very easy to communicate with and we would happily stay at their home again!
