Summary: We had such a lovely stay at L’Ermitage. I was traveling with my elderly mum and my son, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. From the friendly welcome at reception to the helpful valet team, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for the three of us to relax. Loved the separate changing area and two vanity areas - super spacious. Housekeeping was fantastic—everything was spotless and well cared for throughout our stay. Room service was a real treat too—fast and delicious. And the restaurant downstairs was excellent. We ended up dining there more than we planned because it was just that good. Loved the decor too. L’Ermitage really struck the perfect balance between quiet luxury and warmth. We felt truly looked after and can’t wait to come back
