The apartment is calm and warm, it consists of a beautiful bright living room with a lounge area with a comfortable sofa/bed, connected wall-mounted TV, high-speed WiFi and dining area. The accommodation has a beautiful new and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc.). The apartment has two bedrooms, one very comfortable with a 130 cm bed and the other also very pleasant which is made up of an office/bedroom with a two-seater sofa bed. A beautiful, brand new bathroom completes this property with a bathtub and WC. A second separate WC is also available for greater comfort. Finally, the apartment has a pretty double balcony with outdoor furniture for meals and a barbecue.
The bonus of the apartment is undoubtedly its incredible access to the terrace on the 6th floor of the building, with a breathtaking view of the city and incredible calm !
