Positive: Studio in a fine old villa overlooking the town park, crucially, with private off street parking. Historic main square 100 mtrs away. Wide selection of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Well appointed and spotless with good firm bed.

Negative: There was no iron and iron board allthough it was mentioned in the description. I needed one and left mine at home. So I was not happy at all about that. There was a lot of noise in the night with the parking on the right hand side of the appartment until 3 o’clock in the night. It was quit annoying. The weather was warm and you needed the windows open. The first night it was cold and I would have preferred to find an extra bedcover in the cupboard. Something you could put in the appartment. We did not like the fact that we needed to take of the bedsheets, do the dishes and bring the dustbin out because we paid for cleaning as mentioned in our booking. It mentioned nowhere that we had to do this and than we had a lot of email discussion with your office. We were not happy about that.
Summary: Basically ok but we could have skipped the annoying parts.

Positive: The property is situated perfect, it is right in the middle of the center. Also being in the park makes it nicer. Very close to everywhere. The staff sends a clear message to enter the building. Free parking is a plus! The building is very original and old. Well equipped room. I wish they had water in the room though, because there is a not a nearby shop to buy, if you check in a bit later. Very quiet for sleeping.
Negative: Maybe a shower curtain for the tub would be useful...

Negative: The room feels a bit cramped for 2 adults and a kid. Additionally, it is recommended not to open the windows during the summer due to the presence of tiger mosquitoes.

Negative: The bed is a bit small. Nasty smell from the shower drain. We covered it with a towel during the day; that helped!
