It is in a privileged place, at the heart of a magnificent wooded and quiet residence, that l'Hauterive is located.
Located on the 2nd floor with lift, this beautiful 91m² apartment will be your ideal base for 2 or 4 people, with swimming pool and tennis court in the residence. Wi-fi, bath and bed linen provided.
It consists of: an entrance with separate WC and an office area, a large living room with sofa, television, a convivial dining area, a kitchen, a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen is independent, and fully equipped with a dining table for two, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle....
The bathroom has a double basin, a towel dryer, washing machine and dryer, a hair dryer, a bathtub.
You will find many cupboards in the corridor of the sleeping area, to store shoes and clothes.

Summary: L'HAUTERIVE "The accommodation is very nice, clean and spacious. It has all the amenities including a washing machine and dryer. We found it hard to locate as Google Maps tried to take us down a private road (more detailed instructions would’ve been handy). The area is very beautiful and quiet however there isn’t a lot to do. The host could have been more instructive. We were told we’d get instructions on how to access the building and the pool via text, we weren’t given either. The key was so difficult to use, once taking us 15mins to get inside. On leaving we were told to leave the keys inside the apartment but weren’t give the code to exit the front gate, we had to climb the fence with our suitcases. The host was responsive to our issues but it would have been more seamless if we were given the instructions at the beginning. The apartment is lovely with a nice balcony and a massive pool. It’s a great space for a bigger group, it fit 4 of us comfortably."

Summary: L'HAUTERIVE "Great! 🙂 Very quiet, clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Close to the metro Cuire by foot or with the bus with a bus stop just next to the property. It was also close to our family's flat whom we were visiting. 🙁 A bit far from the shops."

Summary: L'HAUTERIVE Had a great stay in Lyon. The description of the apartment was accurate. It was spotlessly clean. The grounds and swimming pool were excellent and everything felt private and peaceful. Easy access into Lyon centre - via a short walk to the metro. We quickly ditched the garage parking and used the visitor parking outside as access to the underground space is difficult (especially with a big car). Limited shops nearby - need to get in a car for groceries etc. But overall would recommend.
