Positive: Lovely garden and great location. They allowed us to store our bags on the property when we arrived earlier than check-in. Pet-friendly :)
Negative: No front desk & often times nobody to welcome new guests. We were lucky that someone was around when we arrived. Man who I spoke to on the phone when trying to arrange dropping our bags early was frantic and super demanding, exclaiming “We don’t have a front desk! Check-in is at 16:00!” Contact with the hosts could be greatly improved, but in person the younger guy who seems to work there is quite friendly. Also the bed in our room wasn’t anything to write home about.
Summary: Unique, pet-friendly stay with a great garden space.

Positive: Comfortable bed. Easy to use shower. Clean sheets & bathroom.
Negative: The area it was located in - lots of building work & road works going on. We never saw the owner. Communication was done by text or via a lovely cleaning lady who didn’t speak English. We were told we’d get a parking space only to find on arrival there weren’t any & we’d have to park in a private car park nearby. Not a great welcome in our opinion.

Positive: great location - perfect for a group of friends travelling. Clean and cozy. Owner is kind and attentive to travelers needs. There is parking near by for a fee or free parking on the street. The yard is cute as well and there's a heated terrasse.
Negative: The only thing I would raise is that there was only 1 toilet paper roll in the room (we were a group of 5 people) - not a big deal as we were able to get some more. If you do check in here, just make sure you check this before the middle of the night.
