Negative: There's a moldy smell under the kitchen sink and in the cabinet next to it, even the pictures on the wall are covered in mold. The old bathrooms need updating. In the upstairs bathroom, there's hair in the bathtub and sink. The stairs to the first floor are very steep and narrow, not suitable for small children or the elderly. The key box needs replacing because it's stuck and we couldn't open it. We arrived in the evening and the box was so hot from the sun that we couldn't touch it without getting burned. It's likely the constant heat from the sun that's causing the box to corrode.
