Positive: It was a nice room in a two bedroom house with common kitchen. We were lucky that the second room was not occupied that day and we actually had the whole house. It is a great place to stay with friends, they have some books, games to play and etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. The room was very clean and modern

Negative: You may not feel very private if you travel as a couple and both rooms are taken. There is no corridor in between the rooms and the kitchen, so it is a common kitchen/living room with two doors to the rooms.
