Summary: Out of my 25 day trip around the USA this place was one of my favorites. Great view of the river and they added a nice touch for our 15 year anniversary. Again only one to do this out of around 18 different hotels on this trip.

Summary: We have been coming down to Chicago the last few years with our daughter as she loves Chicago. This is the first time staying at L7 and my daughter said this was by far her favorite place!!! I shared some info when asked about preferences- like that we were down this year for daughters 16th. We were told we got the best room top floor and there was a cupcake on the table!!! The room was super clean and the beds so comfortable- the window seats so cool to hangout and watch the city move. Staff was all welcoming and very nice!! Definitely will be coming back.

Summary: Loved everything about our stay here! Staff was especially helpful with our luggage. We enjoyed the coffee in the lobby around the clock and the central location of this hotel was great. The room’s decor was fresh and calming. Loved the giant window overlooking the city!
