Positive: Quiet location. Friendly neighbours. Old house reasonably renovated. Large shower and good hot water flow. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated.

Negative: No designated parking. Lack of towel rails or anywhere to put clothes in bathroom. Lack of soap holder in shower, no soap. Old dirty sponges in kitchen and very limited supply of dishwashing liquid for washing up. No cookies or chocolate as stated in advertising.

Positive: Situated in a quiet rural hamlet this small terraced house has character and everything needed for a short stay. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling or hiking and is far removed from mass tourism.

Negative: The upstairs bedrooms are incredibly hot at night (cool downstairs) and could really do with a couple of decent fans. The overhead shower is inoperative so only the hand held attachment can be used. The only minor issue downstairs is the lack of a warning strip where floor levels change, an easy fix.

Summary: A lovely little cottage in a quiet hamlet.
