Positive: The apartment is very clean and feels like new. The place has enough space for probably 10 people to stay in. Groceries and everything you need can be bought also next to the building. I like also how the place has all the amenities you need. I mean literally speaking, I can see myself living in this place for a long time. Checking in and checking out also is quite simple and straight forward. We are very happy to stay in this place.
Negative: This is not something bad, this is just the experience we had at a specific time we had our stay. We are mostly musicians/singers who stayed there, we were happy to see a piano but unfortunately, most of its keys are out of tune (maybe something to look at). During our stay, they are no water around 11:30pm until 6:00am, this is the whole area’s limitation at that time and not to the apartment specifically. It was a tiny inconvenience but the owner provided the containers in advance. We are there in summer and coming from UAE, the apartment has only ACs in the living room. It’s not too bad also but for us who used to have an AC all the time its something we look out for. But I know during winter we might look for a heater instead which is available in many areas in the apartment. Armenia is also cold even summer compared to UAE, hence the comment that this is not too bad, we just kept our room doors slightly opened to get the coolness from the living room a little bit. The location is quite far from the center and again if you come from UAE, you won’t expect the location to look like that, it’s quite diffetent from what you see in the city proper. But hey, when you enter the apartment, it feels like a whole new world as its setup and amenities is truly different from what you see outside. The apartment is just simply amazing to summarize it all.

Positive: Huge stylish and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. It was even better than we expected. Very easy access to the apartment, the host was very prompt in answering all our questions. The variety of kitchen necessities is impressive. Everything was very clean. I would definitely come back again!
Negative: A little far from the city center, but that was actually good for us as we were travelling by car.

Positive: Very helpful staff, excellent and modern flat. Several supermarkets, banks and bus stops are close to the flat. Bus line 41 takes you to the train station, 29 to the city center.

Positive: Everything. The host can communicate with us in English and the apartment is clean, spacious and with everything just liks home. This is the best apartment I've ever been to. And the book on the tea table worths reading and a good way for us to know the history.
