Positive: The communication with the host was very good. She was responsive and immediately helped us.
Negative: One minor negative aspect was that there was no sewer in the bathroom. After each shower, the floor was flooded and we had to wipe the water with the towels because there was no mop to easily eliminate the water.

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. The room was large, spacious, and perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils required for cooking, which was very convenient. The host was extremely communicative and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent. The bus station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The train station is also nearby, though during my stay it was under renovation and not in use. In the immediate area, there are plenty of options for food and shopping. A pizzeria is located very close by, and within walking distance you can also find both a Lidl and an Aldi supermarket. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a very practical location.

Positive: When reported problems with air conditioners and exhaust fan it was fixed next day. One day we could not sleep because the window has to be kept open and bedroom was towards main road lot of noice ambulances and police cars with sirens going all night.
Negative: Old equipments tiny 18 inch TV, dated dining table, extremely small microwave and tiny fridge to be shared by three customers.
Summary: Cheap setups but host is nice. Booking.com need to do home inspections and ensure some minimum quality and standards.

Positive: It was nice having a kitchen/refrigerator. The apartment was clean , the bed was comfortable and the shower was good with plentiful hot water. The towels were better than most I’ve had in other apartments .The building had an elevator and overall the building seemed safe.
Negative: My arrival was stressful as there was no sign on the building and I wasn’t sure I was in the right place. I had trouble getting into the building as I had difficulty reaching and operating the lock box. I prefer to be checked in by the proprietor rather than self checkin to avoid any problems, and it would have been better if I had been sent check in instructions in advance rather than after I arrived and was standing outside. The apartment is a bit far from the center, about a 30 minute walk, but there are buses close by. I was fortunate to have lovely people sharing the apartment most nights but the last night the other guests were quite loud. You are sharing an apartment with strangers so it’s a matter of luck as to who is in the apartment with you.

Positive: Spacious room with an enormous private bathroom. The room is looking out to the back court, thus very quiet. The place offers a fully equipped & functional shared kitchen with espresso machine. All rooms are equipped with air conditioner. The place is clean. Distance to the old city 10 minutes by bus (bus station 5min on foot), or some 30 walking. Communication with the host mainly per Booking-messenger, nevertheless prompt, informative and kind.
Negative: Lights in the room could be bit better. Due to the hight temperatures the blinds were constantly shut, so we relied on the room lighting. This however was weak.
Summary: Very good option for a quick visit to Verona

Positive: I liked the bath and the window was on the quiet side of the street so it was nice to rest and sleep. The host was thoughtful and nice
