Positive: We were a group of 6 friends that came to the Napoli City Marathon. We were very happy to be able to stay all together and have the privacy of having separate room for each couple. Most of the time, we spent sightseeing and only late evening for socializing in the appartment. Nice living room with couch and table to enjoy our time toghether. The location was near old city centre and not far away from public transport (we didn't mind walking). We didn't use the kitchen much but for simple meals would be sufficient. The appartment was true to photos at Booking site. Communication with host was more than perfect. Very helpful and kind. Danilo also organized taxi transfer from and to the airport and that worked out perfectly. If we would to return for sure we would come back to this appartment.
Summary: Napoli surprized us with dinamics, size and variety of sights. We loved it!

Positive: The bed was comfortable, and the seating area was nice
Negative: The noise from the car park opposite,the fridge froze the milk and the juices,there wasn't a kettle so we had to buy one just so we could have a cup of tea and coffee and the tv didn't work so we couldn't watch any tv while in the apartment,we notified a member of staff who said he notified his manager but nothing was done about it

Positive: The location is perfect. There is a small set of stairs to the left of the front door that take you to the main road. One bakery on the left another on the right. It was perfect. Several markets for groceries and specialty meats and cheese were also on the street. The house has 1 bottom floor with 1 bedroom and the only living room area (tv / couch), bathroom and kitchen. There are 2 staircases. 1 right by the front door that leads to a loft bedroom. And another by the restroom that leads to a 2nd loft area. The 2 lofts do not connect. The house is compact and all noise can be heard in all the rooms, which I liked because we had small kids on this trip with us (1 year and 4 years). The bathroom is large. It has a storage closet for cleaning products. It has a small standing shower with glass doors. There is also a bidet and towel heating rack. The bathroom has large ceilings and a window in there that does not close. The kitchen is small, but it has a double sink and oil, tea, and salt available to be used. Small fridge with no freezer section for gelato :( The kitchen has a drying rack for handwashed dishes above the sink, no dishwasher. The stove is a gas stove, which needs matches or a lighter to get it going. No oven. There is a microwave. Lots of dishes are there.
Negative: All in all everything met my expectations. When comparing this location to the other Airbnbs and rentals in the nearby parts of the city, this one is the best located and easier to get to. There are also security guards for the . There is no ramp or handicap accessibility from what I can tell, however. And there was no baby stuff available (ie. no crib, no baby chair for eating at the dinner table, etc.). We purchased a crib and left it there for future use.
Summary: This rental is perfect for a family of 5+ - lots of space and everything you need.
