Positive: Offer of drink8ng water, linens and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, first days coffee, and equipped kitchen, a nice rooftop patio.owners super receptive to questions. All in all we were very satisfied.
Negative: It could have used some paint and a facelift

Positive: Lots of space and chairs and bathrooms everywhere. Pool was refreshing and clean and not full of chemicals. Great kitchen spaces and well stocked. Loved the hanging hammocks .
Negative: Downstairs guests smoked by pool. A non smoking property or at least pool area would be ideal. Bathtub shower in master spit out black water and shower did not function. Staff must have known or not bothered to clean. I found it strange. Be more generous with towels. It is a beach and pool property and it is humid so towels don’t dry fast. one for beach and one for pool and another to shower is reasonable. It felt like pool belonged to downstairs units. Neighbors from other houses played music really really loud during massage at 11am which detracted from the relaxing. Maybe set reasonable guidelines with other owners who rent so everyone in the area can relax and enjoy. I like music but it was over the top loud.
Summary: Great space for event of family gathering. I would rent again. I would rent again if I es renting entire property .

Positive: The rooms are very large and spacious. The rooftop patio is excellent. The area is nice and usually quite at night.
Negative: The location is a bit out of the way. Its alright if you dont mind the walk over uneven road with no side walks.
