Positive: The apartment is clean and pleasantly fragrant, very well equipped (on-site there is an iron, hairdryer, two coffee makers , a washing machine, beach umbrellas, a corkscrew, and a dishwasher). The apartment is air-conditioned. Communication with Leonardo is via phone and absolutely perfect – we received recommendations for excellent restaurants, among other things. Leonardo regularly checked in himself to ask if we needed anything and if everything was okay. From the apartment, there is a view of the garden and the marina directly from the terrace. Through a small gate, you can access the marina and, to the right, the beautiful pastel-colored center of Porto Cervo. Parking is available and private. We highly recommend this place.

Positive: Beautiful apartment with a perfect location in the Porto Cervo marina. Just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and clubs in Porto Cervo. The apartment itself is big and bright with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for 2-4 people. Plat, the homeowner, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He was always available to answer questions and went out of his way to give us a great experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Porto Cervo.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Fantastic and highly reccomend. Amazing host.

Positive: Nice location, very convenient to walk to Porto Cervo (15-20 mins) and to rent a boat as the garden is directly connected to the dock. Flat is in good condition and a/c in every room is definitely a plus. Host is very helpful and responsive and even helped arranging a day out on a boat. Recommended.
Negative: No nearby places for breakfast and not easily accessible with luggage (plenty of quite narrow stairs before getting to the flat). Not really a critique as the flats were built quite some time ago and no structural changes are allowed anymore, but just for people to be aware.
