Positive: The house is extremely nice, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space is also lovely, perfect for having dinner or just enjoying a relaxing time. The parking is gated and the position is perfect if you want to just walk to the main road, beaches and harbor. Juan Carlos is an exceptional host, a truly rare and genuine person. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. He provided us with great information about the area and, throughout our entire stay, he was a constant point of reference. His welcoming attitude is truly unique. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and wish everyone the chance to meet such a sincere and kind host. A special place to return to in Puerto Rico!

Positive: The house accommodated my family of 6 and could have had another family of 6 with us. My mom and dad utilized the bottom apartment. We were 1.5 blocks from the beach and there were tons of eating options within walking distance. Juan Carlos, the host, was more than gracious and welcoming. He was very thorough with the introduction.

Negative: Hard to recall.

Positive: Everything accessible in a bit, supermarket, restaurant, activities, brilliant. The beach right steps from the house don't need your car. Fill save all the time. The owner available any time. Priceless.

Negative: The only could be better was have more time to spend on this fabulous property. We will be back soon and my family in Puerto Rico are impress with the amenities and price of the house. Amazing deal.

Positive: My best experience rental House. Juan Carlos is a very detail and professional host you can wish would have in your rental home. We will be back. 100% recommended to my family and friends. Restaurants and beach walking distance from the house. The lighthouse steps from you. Perfect location and spotless clean facilities. LOVE IT.

Negative: The only sad thing was no have more time to stay and enjoy my time in La Casona Beach in Fajardo PR.
