Positive: Sandra was very quick to communicate and made the entry/departure process very smooth. The place has everything you need for a family or friends and for all seasons. (We were there in summer but will return in winter)

Positive: That was by far the best experience we've ever had with Booking and one of the loveliest stays we've had anywhere. Sandra wasn’t just a host, she felt like a friend we hadn’t met yet. You could feel how much love she puts into the home. It was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully designed – the kind of place where you instantly relax. The house itself was a dream, full of light, beautifully styled and designed, and so thoughtfully equipped that it felt like everything was exactly where it should be. Already dreaming about coming back. The city was very beautiful, we followed the recommendations that were kindly given to us by Sandra, and it was absolutely best undiscovered gem in Italy. I didn't know there was a place like that on the map!!! Thank you, Sandra – you made our trip unforgettable.

Positive: I would like to start by saying this is the review for the two bedroom Cassetta as there is a second listing for a larger villa combined on the same listing that you have to be careful to choose and scroll to the bottom when booking. Meanwhile, Sandra and Giuseppe were fantastic hosts from the beginning till the end. They offered us access to any of their fresh veggies in the garden, and also offered fresh eggs from their chickens each morning.  They also provided a nice complementary bottle of wine that we enjoyed.  The location is perfect and the beach is reachable by car within 15 minutes. 🤠
Negative: The property is efficient although the Living Room is a bit small. It is a bit complicated to divide all the trash but that seems to be the rule in Italy in general. 
Summary: I would recommend this property for four people as we enjoyed their hospitality and property and felt very safe.
