Positive: Wonderful apartment near the coast. Nice kitchen with everything needed, cosy living room. We immediately felt at home!
Negative: The warm water from the shower was not really working. It was at best lukewarm…thankfully it was summer!

Positive: The place to collect keys is open until 7pm
Negative: It was a big problem as the keys are held at 1600, the shuttle dropped me there on its way to 2000 I then had to walk with my bags for about 5 mins up a long set of stairs to get into the Main Street where 1600 is, it’s pedestrianised so even a taxi couldn’t have taken me there. Once I got the keys I had to drag my bags a ten minute walk through snow to get to the main shuttle bus stop for people coming off the funiculare. I rang beforehand and asked if theee was a way to collect keys in 2000 and was told there was not even tho the block did have a reception desk.
Summary: The apartment was fine, but the carpet was awful seriously so bad I put down towels

Positive: The appartment is next to the skilift which is ideal for ski holiday. We booked a parking slot directly in the residence on the counter. Baguette could also be ordered at the counter and was in front of the door next morning.
Negative: the carpet had several stains which was not nice. Some more knives, spoons etc would be good to have.
Summary: Great place for ski holidays: great location, only short way to the skilift and an extra box for ski

Positive: Great location and ski lockers good with heated boot hangers. Apartment okay size and lovely and bright with large balcony. Staff on reception were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Negative: Sofa not the most comfortable; better kitchenware such as espresso cups and larger glasses would have been good.
