Positive: This is a nice apartment in an ideal location, right in the heart of Sottomarina. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. One thing to note: it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so it might not be ideal for those with mobility issues. A big bonus was the balcony — a great spot to relax — and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is a bit dated, but that wasn’t an issue for us, especially considering the great value for the price we paid.
Negative: We requested an invoice, but it has proven to be a major issue — and we still haven’t received it. If Booking is handling the payment, they should also ensure proper invoicing. Parking on the street is nearly impossible. However, there’s a paid parking lot about an 8-minute walk away, across from a very good supermarket, Familia Superstore, for just €6 per day.

Positive: Very nice, clean apartment in the great location, very close to the beach. There were things that we need to use, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Under the flat there's bakery, shop, delicious gelato.
Negative: Booking says there's parking included, however it's not true, this apartment doesn't have a parking, we had to pay 10€ per day on the parking near the apartment. This is significant difference. It's important to know that flat is located on the very busy street, which is quite loud in the night, sleeping with windows opened is hard.
