Positive: The apartments are in a beautiful location, right by the lake. There is also a good restaurant nearby. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. I only gave one point less for cleanliness, but otherwise everything was great.

Positive: Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. It was nice and cosy, I liked the style of the furniture. Generous parking possibilities right next to the building. Good location to start you trips.

Negative: Street noise because the Italian drivers cannot drive sensibly (although 2x per night isn't that bad. But I still wish they suffer. The drivers). I'd appreciate a slightly longer shower hose (not much, just around 1E-4 km longer).

Negative: Idk if it was for all showers, but our shower drain, would drain *really* slow.

Positive: Very pleasant and hospitable owner and staff of the property. They have restaurant and bar on the lake, loads of people during weekends, reservations are necessary. Apartment building is within the walking distance from lake. Nice view from the terrace.

Negative: Our apartment was without an air conditioning (have not noticed while booking) and fan provided helped to sleep at night but during hot summer days need to have in mind. Windows were to the street, even though it is not a city during busy hours of restaurant it might get disturbing (noise and exhaust).

Summary: Nice stay on the lake, but not extremely comfortable
