Positive: This is a great option when visiting Épernay. The location is excellent, right at the bottom of Avenue de Champagne, and the apartment itself is of a good standard. While the interior design wasn’t really to our taste, it’s still a practical and comfortable choice. The apartment isn’t luxurious but it works well, especially for groups. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I’d recommend this apartment - it’s good value for money and a solid base for exploring Épernay.
Negative: You receive one free hour at the spa and it isn’t part of the hotel - you must book it for private use, and you can’t use it at your leisure. We skipped breakfast, as €22 per person seemed pricey for what was offered and the coffee was poor quality. The aesthetic / interior design is honestly mad - it will be to someone’s taste though. The doors also need oil - they’re so squeaky - which is loud when someone uses the bathroom at night.

Positive: Super friendly owner, amazing client service people and service. The spa was fantastic - we really appreciated also the private spa slots. Lovely terrasse & good champagne. The apartment was very large and comfy. Great curtains blocking effectively the light. Location was great too.
Negative: Coffee at the breakfast could have been better and we found the breakfast offer to be maybe a bit limited in choice. The apartment was a bit warm (despite the ventilators) during the hot days.

Positive: Lovely owners and extremely central. You can walk to your degustations which is very practical when drinking. The spa looks much better in reality than on the photos!
Negative: Perhaps only missing loungers to lie down by the pool
