La Dimora is the place you want for your stay in Salida! With 2 stories, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, this beautifully remodeled Victorian gem, built in 1901, is just blocks from downtown Salida, and is perfect for your group or family, there's plenty of room!
This home offers:
~ A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, open to a long, wooden farmhouse dining table for the group or family meal
~ A comfortable living room on the front of the house, plus a family room in the rear equipped with flat screen TV
~ A single main level 'Master' bedroom with a Queen size bed
~ A main level bath with both a large jacuzzi bathtub, and a separate standing shower
~ Three bedrooms on the upper level:
Upstairs BR 1:One Queen-size bed
Upstairs BR 2:Two twin-size beds, trundle style
Upstairs BR 3:One Queen size bed plus two twin-size beds, trundle style
~ Also on the upper level, a second full bathroom
~ Cable service and WiFi Internet
~ Spacious, fenced-in yard with lovely, private patio and outdoor hang out area, complete with gas grill and dining furniture
~Please note, this home does not have Air Conditioning!
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Summary: The house was extremely clean, homey, and comfortable. It was exactly as pictured and had ample room for our 6 adults and infant. The house was also amazingly well stocked. I loved that there was plastic food containers to use for left overs, extra towels, laundry detergent and so much more that made the trip go smoothly.

Summary: The house was very accommodating. We had a toddler and infant in our group and 9 adults. The dining room table was large enough to accommodate all of us and loved the outdoor space. It was a lovely older home with lots of character.

Summary: Wonderful clean home that easily accommodated our large family group. Home was well equipped with everything we needed. Kids loved playing in backyard. Great places to hang out both inside and outside the house. Good neighborhood location within walking distance to downtown Salida. Will definitely plan to stay again when back in Salida.

Summary: It's a beautiful home that's well kept. The main road in front of the house was closed and I wished we had a heads up on that. The jacuzzi tub did have mould that came out of the jets, but other than that, it was great.

Summary: A wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable. Has everything you need. Very comfortable beds. A little cold, however, being from Florida that was expected. I absolutely love the claw tooth tub. Solita is a fun place to visit and this is the perfect house to stand. Looking forward to a return visit.

Summary: What a cute home to stay in! We were in Salida for our daughter's wedding. We LOVED the location and the house. An older house that is was so quaint with up to date appliances and so well supplied. It was everything we needed and more. Personally, loved the sunflower room. Fun to watch the deer everyday. We had a small issue getting into the house (lockbox no longer there keypad on the door) After hours was so easy to reach and not only stayed on the phone and ready to come out if needed but followed up with multiple text/email in the morning to make sure everything was good. Would definitely rent this place again. Loved the home and the town of Salida!!
