The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Tivoli’s historic center, yet with the rare bonus of being able to park nearby, which made our arrival so much easier. Alessandra was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite arriving quite late, she waited for us with such warmth and kindness, greeting us with a genuine smile that immediately made us feel at home. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it ideal not just for a short break but for extended stays as well. The space comfortably accommodates five people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The absolute highlight has to be the terrace with its viewpoint - it’s simply magical and provides the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. We spent many peaceful moments there throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base to explore Tivoli. The combination of the prime location, excellent facilities, and Alessandra’s outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

Positive: Beautiful, large apartment with lots of windows and lovely views. We especially loved the high quality wood furniture. The bathroom is large with lovely olive oil bath products. Heating worked great, which was nice in the evenings. The terrace on top of the apartment is fantastic for an aperitif and offers great views of Tivoli. Located right in the historic center, it's a short walk to everywhere in the old city. It's possible to park right in front of the property, which was very convenient. The hosts Alessandra and Diego were very friendly and responsive, made us feel at home. We will definitely stay here in the future if passing through Tivoli again. Many high quality restaurants in the historic center, we had some amazing meals! Thank you!

Positive: It was so ancient amd medieval, a very spacious apartment with new bathroom including washing machine. The proximity to the major sites was excellent. Our host Alessandra was so kind and assisted us with luggage and restaurant queries, even offering to make a booking for us!
Negative: It would be useful to have lighting on the rooftop terrace as we really loved the vista. The property would benefit from air conditioning.
