Summary: Enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the boat would not fit in the car port so couldn't keep it out of the rain. Florida weather really kicked up with rain, thunder and lightning. Room in front to park our camper. Would stay there again.

Summary: Had an amazing two weeks in this lovely decorated home. It certainly was supplied with everything we needed. Very relaxing spot. We especially enjoyed our mornings in the screened in lanai watching the pelicans fly over the canal. Joe is a very welcoming host. We're looking forward to coming back again and hope to stay longer.

Summary: Everything was great! Drove all the way from MI to fish and enjoy the weather. It was nice to have such a place to come back to each evening and relax. Everything was clean and as shown. I would recommend it to everyone.

Summary: Stayed here with a couple of coworkers for a job we had nearby. Probably had the best time I've had with guys I work with staying on the property. Had a couple of hiccups, but the Joe addressed the issues promptly. Home owner will do everything necessary to make your stay pleasant. Would definitely look into staying here again when working in the area. Nice sized screened porch in the back, and pretty good fishing in the canal.

Summary: We boated every day because of the location of the house to the water. Despite not having a dock, the neighbors were more than happy to let us dock our boat. The house was very comfortable . The location was close to everything. Joe and his wife were very accommodating!
