Summary: The house is very nice and comfortably accommodated our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Access to the beach is close-by and the beach is intended only for use of the subdivision. Public beach access is adjacent to it but blocked off to vehicles passing through. No vehicles are allowed on the beach area that the subdivision. The owners do a very commendable job guarding the property against the swarms of mosquitoes in the area. They hire a “Mosquito Joe“ fogging service and we no issues with them while on the property, including the porch. However, the other homes in the area do not all use this service, so you can be swarmed by mosquitoes when accessing the beach. The property uses a management company that handles any issues. This most typically would not be of any concern unless you have an on-site issue as we twice did with the lock on the door. If guests had a way of directly contacting the owners, small issues might be addressed more quickly, but relying on the management company can cause longer delays, as we experienced. Overall, I recommend the home for families and we may choose to return ourselves in the future.

Summary: We stayed for the weekend and it was such a nice property. Very very close to the beach, a bit far to main shops but if you come prepared. There is still gas stations that are pretty good equipped with a lot of items. Do be prepared to pay a little extra for those items.
