Summary: We were there for our Family vacation and we enjoyed the friendly staff and the price was actually accurate with the rooms and the food. We loved spending some time at the beach and relaxing on the Hamacs and the tour to the Coral

Summary: They need to be better on the staff service,the front desk people need comunícate everything when someone do the check-in. The food it’s the best part in the hotel. But about the hotel experiences I have to say it’s real bad.

Summary: I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, there were some major drawbacks. First, the WiFi barely worked, and I had poor or no signal on my phone throughout the stay, which made it hard to stay connected. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which didn’t make for a restful sleep. Additionally, I was given a different room than the one I had originally booked, which was disappointing. On the plus side, check-in was quick, and the hotel felt private, though getting to the location was a bit tricky. Overall, while there were some positives, the stay didn’t quite meet my expectations.
