Positive: My husband and I spent 5 days here and enjoyed the location and rustic charm of the accommodation. Patricia was quite helpful regarding all our questions about local restaurants and things to do. We especially enjoyed the Abby nearby and the cider distillery. This is a comfortable place for both couples and families traveling with children. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Positive: We visited via the ferry then drove to it. The ferry timings were not good, so we arrived late, but were still greeted very kindly and shown everything. We were then introduced to an excellent wine and had a great evening. The following day was driving around but we returned in good time and sat out enjoying the ambience. Marvellous and for my 2 Aussie friends an experience they will never forget. Breakfast was outstanding and, though not what the English are used to, enjoyed by all, especially the home-made aspects, such as the omelette from farm chicken eggs, the yoghurt and the local jams and honey. Great!

Negative: Little to say in this, but my Aussie friends left n Aussie electrical conversion plug behind, as, they aid, it blended into the plug station when they looked around. The farm later then messaged me, but we were too far away and donated it to the farm for any future Aussie visitors to use.

Summary: An outstanding B&B place to stay off the beaten track, delightfully rural, comfortable and well run.

The room was big and very comfortable . Great shower with a lovely garden view . WiFi was excellent and so was the delicious breakfast . I highly recommend this place . Ana

Positive: First Chambre d'Hote for us, which we found a positive experience. Hostess Patricia was very nice. Spacious room, clean with a comfortable bed. We stayed for dinner, which was cooked by the hostess. This was excellent home cooked food. Continental breakfast was good.

Positive: Really well situated between faming lands just south of Bayeux, providing an excellent base for exploring the region and its history. You're being provided with a very personal touch of the hostess who makes sure you're well looked after. We had the pleasure in joining the table d'hotes where we were provided with all types of local delicacies. The rooms were spotless and well looked after, resulting in a very relaxed and enjoyable stay overall.

Positive: The location was very quiet and had a bonus of being near the Abbey which was unexpectedly beautiful. Patricia was attentive and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Negative: Think the list of facilities on Booking.com misleading, lists tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobe, tumble dryers etc! So expectation initially disappointing. Those do exist but in house not room!
