Positive: What a fun place! OK, first you need to understand that this is "a room in someone's house", it's not a hotel. But the room has its own entrance, and its own bathroom, and it's quite large - like a studio with couch and desk, but no kitchen. Nice countryside view. OMG, it's so quiet! The only noise was a donkey, probably lonely - just imagine that! No car, no plane, no neighbor - just quiet 24hrs/day. Anne and Eric run the place (with Emily, 1yr old, whose full smile will melt your heart!)- talk about a charming couple, full of calm happiness, having relocated to this haven of peace so that they could enjoy life! Quite a concept! Breakfast is included, and if you eat all that is on the table - which you might want to do as it's sooo good - you will simply explode! Fab bread, warm croissants, yummy cheeses, homemade yogurts and jams, fresh fruit from the yard (at the time), coffee galore... Absolutely loved it!

Negative: Nothing. Maybe closer to town, though it's quite walkable.

Positive: Eric was an amazing host and his rescue menagerie a delight. The lovely views were across the countryside towards Nanthuel. Great location a 5 min walk to Thivier town centre. Good breakfast and big modern bathroom.
