Positive: Location is good. There was coffee and basic kitchen utensils.

Negative: Very little natural light in the apartment. Feels cramped. Quite a few little insects and a couple of cockroaches. Uncomfortable and squeaky main bed. Small shower cabin. Overall, the apartment doesn't offer good value for money.

Positive: Very good location, clean and nice apartment. Friendly host, who was welcoming us when we arrived. Good bed, nice kitchen and TV with Netflix.

Negative: No AC, but the apartment was not too hot. No oven in the kitchen.

Positive: The ocean, shops and cafes are nearby. The place is quiet. Beach with volcanic sand. Clean and comfortable apartments.

Negative: If you sleep with the window open, noise from the street may disturb you. The windows do not overlook the ocean, but the street (but from the entrance you can go straight to the embankment).
