This entirely private house is the result of a family project, bought in 2016 by Pierre and Clémence and tastefully restored by us during the winter of 2016/2017. A few steps from the sumptuous stream of Coly which has its source a hundred meters upstream, the slate house surrounded by two pretty barns offers an absolutely perfect geographical location. In the heart of Black Perigord, you only have to do a few kilometers to discover the most beautiful villages in France, the thousand and one castles that have made the history of Périgord, prehistoric places that bring us back to our origins or simply admire the unspoilt nature of this beautiful region.
House renovated with taste in the respect of the traditional habitat, you will enjoy at the same time of the comfort of a modern house while keeping the warm aspect of the houses of Périgord.
With 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are private, the house is perfect for a large family or two or three families. Each room is equipped with two beds of 90x190cm which allows a flexible and modular installation.
The equipment is complete and offers our guests a "home-made" service, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, safe, tumble dryer, washing machine, hair dryer, HD TV, Wi-Fi. Fi and all the comfort you expect ...
Obviously, exclusive access to the private pool is included in the rental. It is ideally located on the height overlooking the plateau of Coly to enjoy an ideal location which allows us to reach a temperature up to 29 ° c.

Summary: Just back from a terrific family holiday at this property in Coly. Pierre, the host, was responsive but also discrete. The property was well equipped, clean with really tasteful decor. And the location was unbeatable. The two local restaurants run by Pierre’s cousins Patrick and Marie were delightful too. Our dog had a great time swimming in the local stream and dashing about on the trails thru the local woods.

Summary: My family rented this property for a week (myself, my wife and three teenage daughters). The house and property are stunning. The local area is full of things to do and interesting places to eat. The property is close to key services (gas, food stores, etc). The pool is a must if traveling in July/August. The hosts are very helpful and prompt in their responses etc. I would love to stay at this property again:)

Summary: My wife and I had a great time staying with our two dogs in this lovely renovated house, which has a nice pool and separate garden area. The house is set on the outskirts of a village and is well positioned for visiting the beautiful surrounding towns (Terasson-Lavilledieu; Montignac; Sarlat) and countryside. Also the village conveniently has a small shop and a an excellent restaurant, serving traditional local ingredients prepared to fine dining standard. Tnhanks to the very friendly owners, Pierre and Clémence and also for the nice bottle of Bordeaux
