Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Special mention to Sikander and the chef. He would prepare customized food for us as requested and they were genuinely helpful. We really enjoyed the stay, it's scenic view and they have our highest recommendation

Negative: Bad planning for volumes. There was a wedding planned on one of the days and hence resort was completely booked out. There was no water in the washroom for 3-4 hours in the morning. Which was disgusting
