Summary: Excellent hospitality and service. Their restaurant is definitely the best in the area of lake Maggiore, Lugano and Como. Outstanding gourmet food coupled with exceptional service.

Summary: Lots of space and room. Beautiful property but thin walls. Even with very few patrons we heard everyone on our floor

Summary: Stayed here overnight in a family room. Very large room. Beautiful setting and excellent staff. Facility is an old villa that has been renovated. Property is in very very good condition and the restaurant on site is Michelin rated and quite good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is not a cookie cutter hotel but is still quite large and full of character. Easy parking and location is idyllic (meaning also a bit isolated). Highly recommend.

Summary: The hotel is difficult to find, but worth the effort. There is a 9 hole golf course there, which was very fun to play.

Summary: A few days away in the Italian Lakes without children Good, clean, well run hotel Staff were extremely helpful Wonderful restaurant though could not have eaten there every night. Fine food and good wines Excellent position in the mountains between Lakes Como and Lugano. Lakes easily accessible but location of hotel allowed one to escape the hordes and the busy road round the lakes Peaceful with good walking within easy reack

Summary: I couldn't fault the hotel. The staff were super great, the rooms were spacious and clean. The view was amazing and the breakfast was really good. My overall experience was great. However, the location is not good if you are a regular tourist, especially if you are coming from the Swiss side (Lugano). The hotel is located on top of a crazy mountain, really bad road, one of the the worst I have ever seen in Europe yet. Moreover, if you go up, there isn't much around but your hotel, you'd need to go all the way down to see places like COMO and Lugano and the road is really not good.
